This site, and its purpose
This website contains information on the silvics of North American trees, particularly those native to the Nova Scotia and Cape Breton areas; and was completed in partial fulfillment of the course requirements in the first year Natural Resources Environmental Technology Diploma program at NSCC, Strait Area Campus.
The Silvics Database site was designed and created by Alexander Bureaux, first year (now second year) student of the Natural Resources Environmental Technology Diploma program at NSCC, Strait Area Campus.
The Silvics Database is a non-commercial, non-profit student work that was designed as a summer project. Please feel free to send any inquires that you may have, and I will be sure to respond as soon as I am able.
